Manru Vineyard
The vineyard is located in the heart of the Ciężkowicko-Rożnów Landscape Park on the southern slopes of Zagórze in Kąśna Dolna. It is situated at an altitude of 340 meters above sea level. with a beautiful view of the Biała valley and the Beskid Sądecki and Beskid Niski ranges. The vineyard is located on a lot that once belonged to I.J. Paderewski, who more than 100 years ago owned a manor house and a model farm in Kąśna. Kąśna was for Paderewski a springboard from the big world, and at the same time the fulfillment of his dreams of an idyllic, rural life. It was at this time that Paderewski created a unique opera in his career, calling it Manru. Hence the name of the vineyard.
