Our wines
Bolesław
RED DRY WINE FROM THE REGENT AND RONDO VARIETIES. AGED FOR 6 MONTHS IN A BARRIQUE FRENCH OAK BARREL.
Bolesław is a full, essential wine with a deep ruby color with purple reflections. It is slightly spicy and slightly tannic, rounded with a hint of cherry, blackberry and oak barrel. The wine delights with spicy and cedar aromas, licorice and prunes. The taste is beautiful with the juicy fruit of cherries, with forest litter noticeable in the background. It is perfectly built, expressive and elegant. In the kitchen, it works well with red meats, beef steaks, lamb, various types of roasts and meat dishes with thick sauces.
Johanes
WHITE SEMI-DRY WINE FROM JOHANNITER VARIETY WITH JUTRZENKA
Expressive, crisp wine with a light color and green reflections, captivating with its aromatic nature. The refreshing acidity is filled with gooseberry, apple and peach sweetness, and floral notes appear in the background. In the kitchen, wine harmonizes perfectly with seafood, fish, grilled white meat and vegetables. Johanes also likes sushi, salads with vinaigrette, noodles or rice with vegetables, with toppings such as capers and green olives.
Solaro
WHITE SEMS-SWEET WINE FROM THE SOLARIS VARIETY
Solaris is a wine full of aromas and flavors. Essential, where the sweetness of the fruit is balanced by a slight acidity. The nose is struck by the aromas of white fruit, interspersed with surprisingly floral and honey notes. In the mouth, we can find a wealth of fruit flavors, ranging from peach, through apricots, and ending with ripe pears. Their long aftertaste will not let you forget about yourself. A wine made for sweet desserts.
Mieszko
RED DRY WINE FROM THE CULTIVAR REGENT
The wine has an impressive red color, it is light, airy and captivating with the aroma of cherries, currants with a long aftertaste. Delicate acidity and smooth tannins complete the picture. Pleasant with a strong fruity accent. All he needs to accompany him is a board of cheese and cold cuts, pork or veal steak, dishes with tomato sauce.
Rose
ROSE SEMI-SWEET WINE FROM THE MONARCH VARIETY
Unobtrusive, light, reminiscent of summer. The wine has a pleasant salmon color, there is a delicate aroma of red fruit in the nose, and in the mouth a bit of forest blueberries and blackberries, wrapped in sweetness and delicate acidity. It will work great both solo and in the company of fruit desserts. Tart with plums, raspberries or chocolate cake with cherry. Rose will also be a perfect companion of Thai cuisine. The sweetness of the fruit in the wine can cope well with the spiciness of Asian dishes.
Dobrawa
WHITE SEMI-DRY WINE FROM SOLARIS VARIETY WITH AN ADDITION OF JUTRZENKA
A light, joyful and casual wine. It has a clear, straw-colored color and a very pleasant aroma. Fruity with a slight sweetness is in the foreground, turning into mild acidity. In the mouth, the wine reveals itself beautifully, it is refreshing with a strong accent of ripe fruit, but not intrusive, balancing between peach, apricot and mango. Dobrawa is perfect for garden parties and picnics. Events
Cyclical events organized by the vineyard
For four years, on Midsummer Night, an event entitled “Wianki na Winnicy” has been held at the Dąbrówka Vineyard, which we have already permanently entered in the calendar. This event is reminiscent of and cultivates our traditions – it combines what is the best in Małopolska, promotes delicious traditional and ecological food from the region, and refers to the wine-growing traditions in these areas from the mid-15th century. It is an excellent foundation for the development of culinary tourism in our voivodeship, including food tourism.
During the event, workshops are organized at the vineyard: wreath weaving, gingerbread decoration, cooking workshops, animations for children, tasting of products prepared by the Circle of Rural Housewives, live music. Kupała Night, also known as Midsummer Night or Sobótka is a Slavic custom celebrated during the shortest night of the year, called the holiday of love, fertility, sun and moon. According to tradition, the Slavic rites were to ensure health and harvest for the saints. During this magical night, bonfires were lit, and various fortune-telling and dances were held during joyful games.
